District 10 Oratorical Contest

Light Dinner was served for all attending. Provided by the Post. Organized, cooked, and presented by the Auxiliary.

2009 10th District Oratorical Contest was a huge success. As follows:

  • Post 233, Loganville Sponsored the event

  • Five Posts entered

  • Awards were give to the top four places

  • Post 56, Jefferson Candidate was the winner

 

American Legion Department of Georgia District 10 conducted their annual oratorical contest at Post 233, Loganville, at 1800-2000 hours on 6 February 2006. Five contestants representing five posts and four High Schools pledged to participate. Four participated, one was a no show. Results were the most accomplished in this chairman's 11 years in this contest. Final result difference was one point!
